Exploring the unique value of remote work for employers, employees, and communities.
The remote work conversation is incomplete.
With anti-remote voices and return-to-office mandates dominating the discussion around remote work, our current discourse undervalues it, leaving many organizations, cities, and workers without the evidence-based research opportunity to evaluate its benefits.
To balance the conversation, The Remote Work Institute will bring together leaders and researchers from across sectors to identify, articulate, and advance the unique value of remote work for employers, employees, and communities.
The Institute was founded by researchers at the London School of Economics and Political Science and the team behind Tulsa Remote, the largest remote worker relocation program in the country, who have seen firsthand the benefits of well-implemented remote and distributed work policies.
